Sir,

I have the honour to report that I

have granted to Police Sergeant 56, Albert Wilson, of the

Hongkong Police Force, a pension at the rate of $288 per

annum which at three shillings and eight pence to the

dollar equals £52 16.0, with effect from the 1st. of

last January and that the Crow Agents for the Colonies have

been instructed to issue payment to him as it becomes due.

I regret that by an oversight the

grant of this pension was not reported to you earlier.
